Information & Logistics:
There will be two competitive leagues: Y4/5/6 Boys League and Y4/5/6 Girls League. All teams will play each other twice, Home and Away. Therefore, there will be 10 Rounds to fulfil all the fixtures with each team having two ‘Bye’ Rounds.
Each round should be played in the Weeks Commencing as stated on the next page, preferably on a Thursday. The Home team should confirm the fixture with the Away Team the week before. If a team is unable to play within the week suggested, they must re-arrange the fixture with the other team so that it is played before the next round. If a match is postponed due to weather (etc.), the Home and Away Team will have to rearrange the fixture at the next possible opportunity.
Each round will be played by both the Boys and the Girls Teams on the same evening. Away Teams should arrive at the Home Team’s venue in time for a 3.45pm kick off to be finished by 5.00pm latest. Referees should also be organised by the Home team unless different arrangements have been made with the Away Team. The Home Team should email the final scores of the round to Mr Anthony Price at Trinity.
Round 10 – the final round – will be held at Mary Webb to host a celebration of the tournament with a certificate/medal/trophy ceremony included.
Two mini festivals for Y2/3 Mixed and R/Y1 Mixed held at Mary Webb will be organised by Minsterley for the Spring and Summer Terms – Dates TBC.
